Entrepreneurship, Women, Collaboration
The women of Project W are unified in their desire to create an impact. They both learn from and challenge one another. They hold each other accountable for their goals and dreams. They celebrate each other’s successes as if they are their own and share their mistakes without reservations. Our community of badass women is built on trust, transparency, and friendship.
Project Learn delivers hands-on workshops and training, comprehensive startup resources, and industry expertise providing women with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to achieve their goals.
Project Connect brings ambitious women from diverse backgrounds and academic disciplines together to share their ideas and create meaningful relationships.
Project Create provides women with roadmaps, community support, and expert mentorship to turn their innovative ideas into thoughtfully executed and meaningful action.
Project Pods is an initiative underneath Project Create. It is a semester-long incubator dedicated to helping pods of 3–4 BOW women get from the idea to the prototype stage. Utilizing the Stanford Design Thinking methodology and the Lean Startup framework with guidance from experienced mentors and professors, Project Pods spend 12 weeks researching, validating, and iterating potential solutions to identified problems.
All of our programming strives to provide tangible skills and relevant resources for college students. Our goal is for anyone who attends our events to walk away with actionable and immediate next steps.
